Patrollers reported a suspicious vehicle driving in the parking lot of 3911 Dresden. Patrollers advised that the vehicle pulled up next to an unattended parked vehicle. Patrollers advised that one of the males exited his vehicle, got onto the hood of the parked vehicle, and began jumping up and down. Patrollers contacted CPD via 645-4545 and advised them of the situation. Then both males opened and rifled through personal items in the vehicle. The suspect vehicle left area. Approximately an hour later; CPD Car 183 arrived on the scene. Patrollers provided a description of the suspects, their vehicle, and the license plate number. CPD Car 183 took a report.
