The male advised that his sister was supposed to provide him transportation to his home. The male declined an ambulance and the services of Net Care. The patrollers contacted CPD via 645-4545. A CPD officer arrived on scene and was able to contact the male’s sister. The sister advised that she did not have access to a vehicle. Patrollers once again suggested the services of Net Care. The patrollers escorted the male to the Net Care Facility.
