Call of the Month
On the evening of January 13, 2022, patrollers witnessed a male vomiting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle in the area of East 11th Avenue and North Fourth Street; CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. Columbus Fire Department Medic 7, CFD Engine 7, CPD Cars 7, 40, 43, 44, and 7513 all responded to the scene. CFD Medic 7 transported the male to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Patrollers monitored an argument involving two large groups in front of 1770 N. High. The patrollers were advised by one of the individuals involved that they saw a gun on one of the other group members. The patrollers were not given a description of the individual with the gun. The patrollers contacted CPD via 911. The arguing ceased and all involved left the area without incident. CPD was contacted and updated on the situation. No further action was needed.
