Patrollers reported an auto accident involving three vehicles in the area of 15th and Summit; CPD was notified of the situation via 911. The patrollers advised that the suspect vehicle left the area before the arrival of police. CPD Cars 41 and 44 responded to the scene. Columbus Fire Department Medic 7 responded to the scene. Car 44 took a hit and skip auto accident report. The patrollers cleared the scene. Later in the evening, one of the patrollers was walking home and witnessed the suspect vehicle driving on High Street. The patroller contacted CPD via 645-4545. It is unknown whether or not CPD was able to stop the suspect vehicle.
