Patrollers witnessed three males running with a large sign in the area of 13th and Pearl. The patrollers lost eye contact with the males. No further action could be taken.

Patrollers monitored an argument between a male and a female in front of 8 E. 13th Avenue. The patrollers advised that the male and female ceased arguing, embraced, and entered a vehicle in the area of 14th and High. No further action was needed.

Call of the Month

Patrollers conducted a well-being check on an unresponsive male in the area of 12th and High. CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. Columbus Fire Department Medic 7 responded to the scene. CFD Medic 7 transported the male to the hospital.

Patrollers were approached by a pedestrian in the area of 14th and Indianola who advised that his friend was unconscious. The patrollers arrived at 135 E. 14th Avenue and were unable to awake the individual. CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. Columbus Fire Department Engine 7, CPD Car 44, and CPD Car 48 arrived on the scene. CFD Engine 7 was able to awake the individual. The patrollers advised that the male left in an Uber. No further action was needed.

Patrollers monitored an altercation between two individuals in the area of 15th and High. The patrollers advised that the individuals ceased arguing and left the area without any further incident. No further action was needed.

Patrollers reported a trash fire in the rear of 34 E. 11th Avenue; the patrollers contacted 645-4545 and advised them of the situation. Columbus Fire Department Engine 7 responded to the scene and extinguished the fire.

Patrollers came across a parked vehicle in front of 1406 W. Broad with the driver’s side door open and a damaged center console. CPD was contacted via 645-4545. CPD Car 84 responded to the scene and ran a check on the vehicle’s license plate. Car 84 advised that the vehicle was not reported stolen. No further action was taken.

Patrollers were approached by a male in front of 1245 W. Broad who requested an ambulance. The male advised that he had injured his foot and needed medical attention. The patrollers contacted 645-4545 and advised them of the situation. Grandview Heights Medic 51 responded to the scene and transported the male to Mount Carmel Hospital.

Patrollers advised a sleeping male in Schiller Park that the park was closed. The male became belligerent with the patrollers. The patrollers began to contact CPD and notify them of the situation. The male left the park without incident. No further action was needed.

Patrollers reported a car fire in the area of Karl and Cooke. The patrollers contacted 645-4545 and advised them of the situation. Columbus Fire Department Engine 24, CPD COTA Car 276, and CPD Car 9011 responded to the scene. The owner of the vehicle responded to the scene. CFD Engine 24 extinguished the fire. No further action was needed.
