Both individuals left the area without incident. CPD was re-contacted and the call was cancelled.

Patrollers reported a suspicious male pull up in front of a business at 1770 N. High. The patrollers advised that the male was handing out several items to passersby. The patrollers were advised by employees of the business that they wanted the male off their property; CPD was advised of the situation via 911. Before the arrival of police, the male entered his vehicle and left the area. No further action was taken.

Patrollers reported an auto accident involving two vehicles in the area of 13th and Pearl. Both drivers did not want any police involvement. No further action could be taken.

Patrollers monitored an argument involving a group of males and a female in the area of Summit and Chittenden. The patrollers advised that all individuals involved left the area without any further incident.

Patrollers monitored an argument between two large groups of pedestrians in the area of 13th and Pearl. The patrollers notified a special duty CPD officer in the area of 14th and Pearl of the situation. The patrollers advised that the arguing ceased and all involved had left the area without any further incident. No further action was needed.

Patrollers were approached by a resident in front of 1733 Summit. The resident advised that he wanted a male to leave his property. The male refused to leave. The patrollers advised that a female arrived on the scene. The female was able to get the male to leave the area. No further action was needed.

Patrollers witnessed an auto accident in the area of 12th and Summit. The patrollers advised that one of the vehicles fled the scene. The patrollers spoke with the driver of the victim vehicle. The victim advised they did not want police involvement. No further action could be taken.

Patrollers monitored a possibly intoxicated male in front of 1813 N. High. The patrollers spoke with the male, who advised he was heading home to residence hall. No further action was taken.

Patrollers monitored two groups arguing with one another over the treatment of a homeless individual in the area of 13th and Pearl. The patrollers advised that both groups left without further incident.

Patrollers reported a group stealing a “road closed” sign in the area of 14th and Indianola. The patrollers were unable to maintain visual contact on the group as they left the area. No further action could be taken.

Patrollers were approached by a resident in front of 162 E. 13th Avenue, who advised of a trash fire in the area. The patrollers responded to the rear of the address and located the fire. The Columbus Fire Department was notified of the situation. CFD Engine 7 responded to the scene and extinguished the fire.

Patrollers were approached by a female in front of 1770 N. High, who advised she was being harassed by a group of males. The patrollers escorted the female to her residence; no further action was taken.

CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. The CPD Helicopter, CPD Cars 80, 81, 84 and 82 responded to the scene. Responding officers spoke with the male. The male advised that he was walking home. No further action was needed.

Patrollers monitored three males arguing and pushing one another in the area of Rodgers and Broad. All individuals left the area without incident.

Patrollers reported a wire giving off sparks in the area of Starling and Town. American Electric and Power was contacted and advised of the situation. An AEP employee arrived on scene and assessed the situation. The AEP employee advised that the Columbus Division of Power is responsible for this issue. An employee of Columbus Division of Power arrived on scene and took care of the situation.

Patrollers reported an auto accident involving two vehicles in the area of Central and Broad. The patrollers advised the suspect vehicle began to flee the area. The suspect driver drove the vehicle onto the front lawn of a residence on Central and fled the area on foot; CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. Columbus Fire Department Engine 10 and Medic 10 responded to the scene. All occupants of the victim vehicle declined any medical attention. CPD Cars 80, 84, S-15, and the CPD Wrecker responded to the scene. A report was taken for a hit and skip auto accident.

Patrollers came across a motorcyclist who had a minor accident in front of 116 W. Broad. The motorcyclist denied any medical attention. No further action was needed.

Patrollers came across a female with blood streaming down her face in front of 1043 W. Broad. CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. CPD Cars R-81, 83, 84, 80, and CFD Medic 10 responded to the scene. Medic 10 transported the female to Grant Hospital.

Patrollers monitored a fight in front of 293 Hawkes; CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. CPD Car K9-8 responded to the scene. Both individuals ceased arguing and entered a business in the area. No further action was needed.
