Patrollers reported an auto accident with a hit and skip in the area of Lane and High; CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. CPD Car 9041 responded to the scene and spoke with the victim and a witness, who had caught the accident on video. While Car 9041 was taking the accident report, the suspect drove back through the area. Car 9041 stopped the suspect and a short time later placed him under arrest for leaving the scene of an accident.
