Patrollers reported a small, unattended fire in the front of a residence at 1905 Indianola. CPD Car 48 was contacted, responded, and notified the residents. The residents extinguished the fire and no further action was needed.

Patrollers reported an argument in front of 1712 N. High. CPD/OSU Joint Patrol responded to the area. CPD Walkie Crew, Cars 9040, 48, 9043, 9040, and 238 responded to the scene. One of the individuals was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct.

Patrollers were approached by a male complaining of chest pains in front of 1990 N. High. CPD was notified via 645-4545. Columbus Fire Department Engine 7 and Medic 7 responded to the scene. Medic 7 transported the male to the hospital.

Patrollers reported a fight involving several individuals in front of 1726 N. High. CPD was notified of the situation. CPD walkie crew responded to the scene and the fighting ceased. No further action was taken.

Patrollers reported an open structure at 837 Campbell. CPD Car 9082 was notified, responded, and searched the premises. No one was located on the property. No further action was taken.

Patrollers reported an audible alarm at 553 Rich; CPD was notified via 645- 4545. CPD Cars 81, 9080, and 83 responded to the scene. No one was located on the property. No further action was taken.

Patrollers were approached by a resident at 742 Bellows who advised that one of her neighbors was threatening to mutilate her dog. CPD was notified via 645-4545. CPD Cars 80 and 84 responded to the scene, spoke with all individuals involved, and resolved the situation. No further action was taken.

Patrollers were approached by residents at 28 S. Warren about a female threatening to harm herself within the address. CPD was notified via 645- 4545. CPD Car 152 and Medic 17 responded to the scene. The female declined any medical attention. CPD Car 152 spoke with the female and transported her to the Net Care facility.

Patrollers reported a suspicious vehicle which appeared to have struck a telephone pole in the area of Scott and Souder. CPD was notified via 645- 4545. CPD Car 81 responded to the scene and cited the driver for failure to control.

Patrollers advised a male in the area of Reinhard and Lazelle that the park was closed. The male refused to leave the park. CPD was contacted via 645-4545. The male left the area before the arrival of police. The police were re-contacted and advised they were no longer needed.

Patrollers reported an audible car alarm on a vehicle in front of 4350 Karl. CPD was notified and CPD Car 308 responded to the scene. Car 308 checked the vehicle and no criminal activity was detected. No further action was taken.

Call of the Month

Patrollers reported a suspicious vehicle with three suspicious males sitting inside in front of 935 Morse. The patrollers reported that the vehicle was sitting in the same location for approximately 30 minutes; CPD was notified of the situation via 645-4545. CPD Cars R-180, 185, 182, 181, 183, 180, and 9181 responded to the scene. One of the individuals in the vehicle had an active warrant for failure to appear. He was placed under arrest. The other individuals were allowed to leave.

The CCP radio operator received a phone call from a merchant with a business in the Downtown Destination District. The merchant explained that a known criminal trespasser was on the premises. The CCP radio operator contacted CPD via 645-4545 and notified them of the situation.
