Patrollers reported a vehicle accident in a parking lot in the area of 9th and High. CPD was notified of the situation. CPD Cars 40 and 42 responded to the scene and spoke with both drivers. No charges were filed and no major damage was reported. No further action was needed.

A short time later, the patrollers located an individual that matched the description in the rear of the business. CPD Car 81 responded to the scene and conducted a field interview. No merchandise was found in the individual’s possession and it could not be proven that he was the suspect. No further action could be taken.

Patrollers observed a female putting various items in her pockets inside a business in the area of Dakota and Broad. The patrollers advised the merchant of the situation. The merchant advised that she was going to pay for the items, she just didn’t have any room to carry the merchandise in her hands. The female did pay for the items and no further action was required.

1-18-12

Patrollers monitored an argument between a male and a female in the area of Gift and State. The patrollers reported that the individuals entered a residence and the arguing ceased. No further action was taken.

1-26-12

Patrollers reported an argument involving three individuals and a merchant in the area of Dakota and Broad. The merchant was asking the three individuals to leave store property and they were refusing. CPD was notified via 645-4545. Before the arrivalofpolice,twooftheindividualsleftthearea. CPDCar80respondedtothe scene and talked with the remaining individual. Car 80 advised the individual to leave the area and to not return. The individual complied. No further action was taken.

Car 118 approached the male and advised him to leave the area. The individual complied. No further action was taken.
