Columbus Fire Department Engine 4 responded to the scene and extinguished the fire. The suspect was placed under arrest, charged with open burning, and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

1-14-11

Patrollers reported a possibly intoxicated individual who had fallen and struck his head on a parked vehicle in front of 92 W. 11th Avenue. The male and his companion refused medical attention. The patrollers, as a precaution, contacted CPD via 645-4545. CPD Car 43 advised the patrollers that he had contacted OSU officers, because the two individuals had made it onto OSU property. OSU Cars 15, 8, and 13 responded to the scene. Columbus Fire Department Engine 31 and Medic 7 responded to the scene. Medic 7 transported the male to The Ohio State University Medical Center.
