The patrollers took note of the individual’s description and located him in the area of 14th and Indianola. The patrollers advised Car 358 that the individual was possibly intoxicated. The individual entered a business in the area of 17th and Summit. An employee of the business asked the individual to leave the property. The individual then entered a construction site in the area of 11th and Summit. CPD Cars 46 and 358 arrived on the scene. The individual was cited for being in possession of an open container of alcohol.

Patrollers reported a fight involving 4-5 males in the area of Hawkes and Sullivant. CPD Car 8L2 was notified of the situation. While awaiting the arrival of police, one of the individuals entered a vehicle and left the area. CPD Cars 80 and 85 responded to the scene. Patrollers advised Car 85 of the description, license plate number and last known direction of travel of the vehicle that left the scene. Car 85 left the area in search of the vehicle. Car 85 located the vehicle in front of an address in Martin. CFD Medic 26 responded to Hawkes and Sullivant and treated one of the victims. CPD Cars S-8, 107, 89, 81, 83, and 80 responded to the scene. EMS-15 and Grandview Heights 51 responded to the scene. Car 81 took an assault report, and it was determined that the victim did not need transport to the hospital.

3-28-08

Patrollers reported a suspicious individual inside an abandoned structure in the area of Hawkes and Sullivant. CPD Car 8L1 was notified. CPD Cars R-199, 86 and 82 responded to the scene. The individual was placed under arrest for trespassing and possession of illegal narcotics.

3-01-08

Patrollers reported a suspicious vehicle with a damaged steering column in front of an address on Welch. CPD was notified via 645-4545. A CPD radio technician ran a check on the vehicle’s license plate, and advised that the license plates did not match the vehicle on which they were displayed. CPD Car 134 responded to the scene and ran a check on the vehicle’s identification number. CPD Car 135 responded to the scene. Responding officers were able to get a partial fingerprint off the vehicle, after which the vehicle was towed from the area. The patrollers cleared the scene having recovered a stolen vehicle.
