Call of the Month

Patrollers were in the area of Westpark and Broad when they were approached by a female requesting medical attention. The female advised that patrollers that she had been struck in the face with a hand gun. The patrollers advised that she had her face covered with a t-shirt. CCP contacted emergency services via 911. CPD Car 9081 and Columbus Fire Department Engine 10 responded to the scene. CPD Car 9081 ran a background check on the female and advised that she had an active warrant out of North Carolina. Car 9081 advised that North Carolina law enforcement did not wish to prosecute. CFD Engine 10 transported the female to the hospital. No further action was taken.

11-08-19

Patrollers were approached by a male in front of 1043 W. Broad who requested medical attention. Emergency Services were notified and Columbus Fire Department Medic XM7/10 responded to the scene. The male was transported to Mount Carmel Hospital.

11-21-19

Patrollers were approached by a merchant in the area of Dakota and Broad. The merchant requested assistance in asking several disruptive juveniles to leave the property. The patrollers advised the juveniles to leave the property. The juveniles complied. No further action was needed.
