Patrollers were in the area of Glenwood and Broad when they reported a house fire. The patrollers advised the Columbus Fire Department. CFD Ladder 10, Engine 10, Medic 10, Engine 17, Heavy Rescue 17, Medic 12, Fire Safety Officer 2, Battalion Chief 5, and Ladder 1 responded to the scene. The fire was extinguished by responding Columbus Fire Department Units.

Patrollers were approached by a female in the area of Dakota and Broad, who had injured her head and was requesting medical attention. The Columbus Fire Department was contacted. CFD Medic X7 responded to the scene and transported the female to Mount Carmel West Hospital.
