Congratulations to Patroller Gregory Smith, Patrol Supervisor Andrew Allison and former Site Supervisor Joren Byers on receiving the Meritorious Public Service Award from the Columbus Division of Police for their actions to stop a sexual assault on Sullivant Avenue in October 2009.
