Responding officers diffused the argument, and the female was advised that if she returns to this address, she will be charged with criminal trespassing.

Patrollers were approached by a pedestrian in front of 821 Ruby who advised the patrollers of a fight in the area. The patrollers investigated the situation and located a male and a female having a fight in the area of Weyant and the alley south of Main; CPD was notified of the situation. Before the arrival of police, the fighting ceased and the male left the area. The female no longer wanted to talk with CPD. CPD was cancelled and no further action was taken.

8-14-18

Patrollers came across two dogs chained to a log in the rear of 3377 E. Main. The patrollers advised that the owner took them back inside the residence. The patrollers contacted the Humane Society and advised them of the situation.
